Offering a good original WWII
RH-36 fighting knife. These PAL knives were one of the most common US fighting knives of WWII, these were issued to all branches during the war and also available as private purchase knives. This is the bright blade version and it was sharpened and used. It's 10 3/4" long with a 5 7/8" blade. It's well sharpened w/a good, clean edge and retaining much of the finish w/no rust or pitting. The marking is there, but barely readable. The guard is tight. The leather grip is excellent and sound w/red white and black spacers. Clean tight pommel. Knife comes in original leather sheath that shows wear w/a sliced throat. The keeper is intact. It has a name and address on the back (and a phone#) and the front has Native American signs on it.
