    Description

    WWII CASE Bayonet for the M1 Carbine.  Bayonet measures 11-1/2" overall with a blade length of 6-5/8".  Excellent looking blade which appears to have not been used   Nice looking washer handle.  Excellent working press-stud,  Top of cross-guard marked, U.S./M 4CASE, underneath on the cross-guard shows the flaming bomb ordnance. All tight with no looseness on bayonet.  The sheath is a post WWII Sheath, USM8A1 B.M. Co., also has rawhide strap for leg and belt hangar.   See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
