Description

WWII Original M1 Bayonet with Scabbard. Bayonet measures 14-1/2" overall with a blade length of 9-3/4". For the M1 Garand Rifle and also the M1903 rifles that were also used in WWII and WWI. Mint parkerized blade, appears unused, one black grip, the other is a dark brown/red, occasionally a dark red-brown grip is found* excellent working press-stud. Blade marked, "PAL" over "US" with a flaming bomb ordnance. PAL maker, Blade and Tool Plattsburg, New York. Comes with a Green Scabbard with the throat marking, faded "US" inside a flaming bomb. A beautiful piece.
