    Description

    WWII Era E.G.W. 7th Variation* Fighting Knife measuring 9.5" overall with a blade length of 5.25". Good condition showing age patina, wear, scattered pin-prick pitting on blade with some dings on the top area of blade spine.  Pommel end and two spacers show some looseness. Knife blade is marked, EGW KNIFE/USA. These did not have a U.S. Contract, but many soldiers private purchased these and there are many photos with soldiers having these.    See photos.
