WW II (1939-45)
Condition:
Very interesting and certainly one of a kind WW2 era “dirk style” fighting dagger; the overall quality is actually pretty high; the knife is well-balanced and all parts have a tight fit. A well-defined "dirk stile" blade has some surface rust but nothing major (cleanable). Iron hilt; stacked brown backelite washers and solid aluminum pommel handle is tight; the guard has a tiny bit of a play. The scabbard did not survive.
