    Description

    This is a WW2 CASE XX Machete that was part of the bail-out survival kit that was on all US planes during the War.  It measures 15.5" long with the blade being 10".  Rounded bolo point and fully blued blade with most of it intact.  Still has the Factory Edge.  Hardwood handles over the full tang and secured with 4 brass cutler's rivets.  Thong hole.  Comes with the original sheet metal blade guard which is often missing.  A very nice example.
