    Description

WW2 CASE STILETTO FIGHTING KNIFE — EX CONDITION W/ M6 MOOSE CO SHEATH — RARE!.
Very rare WW2 case stiletto fighting knife with original M6 MOOSE CO 1943 sheath.
These case stilettos are some of the hardest knives to come by from the WW2 era. Both lightweight and effective, these knives were private purchased during the war and carried by GIs looking for an exceptionally deadly blade.
Knife features a double edged blade, stacked leather grip, and Bakelite pommel. This particular knife was purchased in Tyler TX by a soldier stationed at camp Fannin before being shipped off to Europe.
No cracks or damage to the knife, only light fouling on the blade but it still holds its original edge. Grip is tight with no major blemishes. Guard has no movement. Pommel is in rock solid shape with no cracks or movement.
This stiletto was carried in an original Moose Co M6 sheath, a very rare piece in itself and in great condition. No rips or tears to the sheath and it’s retention strap is in great functional condition. Snaps are tight and leather is supple but worn. Original macrame cord hangs from the bottom of the sheath.
This is truly an excellent addition to any fighting knife collection, and one that I’ll sorely miss.
Please feel free to message me with any questions regarding the piece, or any of my other fighting knife listings.
