Vintage Motorola Shure Controlled Reluctance TU436 Microphone S-36 Stand CR81A

Description

Up for sale here is this nice vintage controlled reluctance microphone with stand.  This is marked Motorola on the front, and on the back it is marked Controlled Reluctance Microphone Model TU436 Manufactured by Shure Brothers, Inc.  The stand is marked TU-436 and S-36 underneath.  This mic looks exactly like a Shure CR81A microphone to me.  This is in good working condition but does have a fair amount of wear, though I think that just gives it a nice patina.  The base has a lot of paint loss.  The cable has a 91MC4M 4-prong plug on the end.  The cable is still flexible but the outer jacket has little cracks all over so you may want to replace it.  The plug has some light rust but works fine.  This is guaranteed to work.  Please see my pictures for details.
