Size tag says One Size, but measurements would suggest it fits a men's small or medium. But. Please  check these measurements and compare them to a similar t-shirt you already own and fits you. Rely on the numbers, not the tag.
Armpit to armpit:
21.25 inches
Front neck to bottom front hem:
26.5 inches
Back neck to bottom back hem:
29.5 inches
No rips or stains. Small pinhole front right as pictured.
