Up for sale here is this vintage Dialco indicator lamp, from the 1960s and Made in USA.  It has a clear plastic cover that screws on.  The cover is ribbed on the inside so the light looks really cool.  This has clean terminals, but does have some light overall wear.  This will look great on your amp.  It is a nice normal-sized indicator lamp.  This can use a NE51 or similar bulb, but
no bulb is included, sorry
.  This is guaranteed to work great for you.
It will work on AC
--I don't think it can work on DC.
This does not include the mounting nut/washer, sorry.
