Description

Used, missing winch hand crank tool and bumper resting bracket. The resting bracket can be easily manufactured as 2 "L" shaped plates-very easy.  Missing mounting hardware also.  I used this one on my truck (see pic)-I like because you crank it up and down like a boat winch, there is a matching jerry can holder but dont have one avail unfort.    Can send Fastenal or regular freight at buyers expense.   AS-IS.
