Made from plastic that is high-impact, light-weight, and corrosion resistant. Each set includes 1 cover, 1 cap, and 10 nut covers. Replacement parts: black 33mm spike thread-on nut cover (item # 10548B). **A minimum of 3 threads extending through the top of each nut is required for installation. Each-1 set.
