    Description

    First, let me just say that I am a collector, NOT a dealer. All my items come from my personal collection that started back in the '60's when I was just a kid. Here is a  WW2 fighting knife that some will call theater made, others shop or home made. Either way this is one cool knife that was meant for business. Heavy 9 3/8 inch double edged blade is very sturdy with no flex. No rust or pitts but does have staining and scratches which I believe were made when blade was made. Heavy brass guard. Some form of composit grip with brass spacers and pommel cap. All is very tight. No movement. Soldiers name is stamped in on one side of grip and service number on the other. Thick, heavy duty brown leather sheath which fits perfectly. You can tell it was made for this knife. Perfect shape. Just an outstanding example of a WW2 fighting knife. *** U.S. SHIPPING ONLY ***.
