ROLA made this and many specialty and ALNICO speakers for Jensen. The very same speaker with a "220" Jensen Date code is actually a ROLA (made in Ohio). Unique is that the later Jensen and ROLA branded used a heavier surround and reinforced it into the cone. Not only extending the life and durability but improving response.

I tested this with the Leslie 825 Cabinet with rotator off (sold separately) and back bottom  open with a Yamaha P90- Fender Strat, and 2 Fender Precision basses with Alembic and other standard 1966 Fender pencil dated pickups.  If I wasn't giving up music after 60 years I would keep this and mount it in a ported cabinet.
GUITAR - This is a full range speaker from a Leslie 825 cabinet and suitable for GUITAR tube and solid state, as well as  computerized FULL RANGE combo amps where

shield will be of benefit. It has a
heavy
cast aluminum frame a very heavy 100% shielded magnet with rear vent. Heavy duty cone and spider and
plenty
of room from the heavy
surround
for inside mount (over a half inch) to protect from frap of the extensive travel/throw. Characteristics: Clean wailing screaming highs and defined chords. More control over pedal effects'  sounds.  And phenomenal for Jazz Guitarists.
BASS - The best most punch: Midrange - better attack than Hartke and more punch  (not more volume) that 2 of the 12"s in my Acoustic  Powered 2 - 212 Cabinet. Crisp highs and lots of harmonics. This would be awesome in a bi-amped rig with an 18, one or two 15's and adjusting the crossover point  to match desired output to push the mids though in a folded or ported cabinet. Low mids to highs are absolutely crisp and clear.
Keyboards:  I am not an expert on keyboards, but the piano sounds were good.
This is a rare example of a JENSEN product with a ROLA  (actual maker) Date Code  "285" this is a Jensen made by ROLA with several minor improvements, especially the cone and spider which are apparent when you see an "identical" model Jensen.  for JENSEN normally prefix "220".  Therefore 2857437 was made by ROLA the 37th week of 1974.
As a replacement for any Leslie or keyboard full range speaker where 100 watts RMS at 6 Ohms is recommended (or the calculated comparative of oms to watts RMS.
This is ideal for a combo or cabinet when an amp calls for an speaker alternative to give  more volume punch and handling capacity than an 8 ohm 50 - 75 watt single speaker
