    Description

    Offered here is a well used original scabbard for the M1917 bayonet.  No bayonet is included.  There is rust to the metal fittings.  Leather is healthy and firm.  Staples are still holding everything in place. Looks like it received a second coat of green paint at some point in it’s life.  I inserted an M1917 bayonet to check out the fit and there were no problems.  Insertion and removal were smooth.  This one is a true Veteran and has definitely been around the block, but still has plenty of life left in it.  United States only.  No ‘0’ bidders unless prior contact is made via email.  2 days to pay.  Nonpaying bidder claim filed on day 3.
