Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Switchcraft 1/4" jack, from the 1970s or 1980s and Made in USA.  This is a really nice jack and is guaranteed to work for you.  The area where it reads "Switchcraft" may be a little discolored, but that won't affect operation.  Please see my pictures for details.
