How it works:
The ingenious design of Double Pull mechanism means the inner neoprene wrap provides the best possible compression, heat retention and comfort, whilst the unique extra strength elastic strap would give you the extra shield of stability and support. It has a unique criss-cross elastic strap which is effective in removing excess gap between the neoprene and your body, to enhance stability. The support provided by the compression strap improves posture to aid treatment of back problems such as a slipped disc, degenerative disc disease and Sciatica. The warmth provided by the high quality neoprene can help to ease back muscle spasms and low back pain associated with a herniated disc and spinal stenosis. Note: For best fit Measure your  belly button size with typical clothes and normal dress belt you will have on while wearing this support, That measurement plus 2  and 1/2 inches will give you the ideal range of fit, comfort and adjustment level. If your measurement is at or close to the upper limit of indicated measurement - the next larger size will likely provide best fit and comfort.

Like any belt, It is always easier to tighten the belt than to have less overlap at its widest open position. The belts have 5 inches of velcro at each end to fasten with.  Email us any questions on sizing to be certain.
TIP: I wear a size 33-34 waist pants and normally wear a medium size belt.
My measurement at the belly button is less than 1 inch over
that.  But when sitting most of day, the snug fit becomes a little uncomfortably tight when wearing over long period. (standing is fine). FOR ME, I have found the Large size in this instance is more comfortable, as it provides more adjustment range and comfort when sitting and the outer band can still adjust to provide compression where needed.
For 99% of our customers, the above chart should get you the best fit,  But if your measurement is close to the next larger size, and you will be sitting long periods while wearing, you might find the next larger size offers more comfort.  Some customers (like me) have therefore found it best to keep both sizes on hand.
