Model 1902 Army Officers Etched Sword with Scabbard and Leather Sword Knot. T
he ricasso is marked
"Trademark Spartan". The steel guard and black plastic grip are both tight. The etched blade
is straight, unsharpened but the tip is sharp, bright and clean. The scabbard is solid with no dents, and a few small areas of nickel loss mainly by the mounts. Washer is intact. The sword knot has some leather loss. Length of the blade measures 33 7/8" (3/4" wide x 1/4" thick), length of the sword is 39 1/2", and overall in the scabbard it is 40 1/2".
