Model 1902 Army Officers Etched Sword with Scabbard and Knot. T
he ricasso is marked
"R.M.J. Reed" over "Phila."
. The guard and wood grip are both tight. The etched blade
has the name "C.S. Leonard" on it, overall it
is straight
, unsharpened, several nicks, and has some spots of surface loss. The scabbard is solid with one dents and some light scratches. Washer is intact. The knot is in decent condition. Length of the blade measures 32 1/8" (13/16" wide x 1/4" thick), length of the sword is 37 7/16", and in the scabbard it is 38 3/8".
