    Made by Henry V. Allien & Co. NY
    Name Robert G. Brotherton ~ Entered West Point Military Academy at age 17, and graduated June 1944 as a rated pilot
    The date 6-6-44 is know as the "D-Day Graduating Class. The date on the sword 6-6-44 is his West Point graduation date based on research.
    He entered into the US Army Air Force Force in1944 and initially stationed in Guam & retired in 1974 Rising to rank of full bird colonel in the USAF
    His long & storied carrer included being Executive to General John C. Meyer, Commander in Chief of Strategic Air Command
