M1918 US INFANTRY RIFLE BAYONET & SCABBARD

Description

E015C, Hard rubber scabbard covered with canvas and leather tip. In fine condition and parkerized finish. Fine walnut grips with ridged texture. Blade marked SA & bomb 1918 on 1 side and US 1050784 on the other. A spring catch holds bayonet in scabbard, overall length 23.25" sheathed, comes with wire garrison hook hangar. Originally for the 03 Springfield's but will also fit early M1 Garands of WW2. So rare today that I think they are being reproduced. Leather scabbard tip is a little scuffed but is sound, get a REAL one while you can, all original, ship weight 3 pounds.
