    Description

This is a vintage first issue WWII armed forces engineers/utility knife made circa 1943 by Kingston, a joint venture war effort company comprised of Ulster & Imperial that produced knives 1943-1945.  Aside from the jigged bone scales, it is all carbon steel construction with no brass parts and has the distinctive two part construction can opener of the earliest issue. It is in remarkable condition, near mint, never been sharpened, likely never used, all blades snap open and closed with strength. The bone handles have a couple of factory chips at inside corners and it has a few spots of corrosion and could use a cleaning.
It measures 3 3/4 inches closed and is stamped only "Made in USA".
