This open-box return show no signs of damage from installation. It may not have been installed at all, but we opened the OEM box to inspect it for resale. While the box is open, we may internally reinforce the box to better secure the speaker during shipping. Ultimately, the box and the guitar speaker(s) may have cosmetic and/or minor issues that may deviate from the stock photo of this listing, but should not effect their function.

1. The guitar speaker can only be shipped to your shipping address specified in the eBay system. So verify that before you order.
2. Look for your tracking number in the email from us that will confirm shipment.
3. Watch for your speaker(s).  If you ordered more than one speaker, look for a regular or recycled brown cardboard box.  If you ordered one it will likely be in a poly mailer bag.
4. Once you open that cardboard box, you sift through any packing material. Under it (or the poly mailer bag), you will discover the manufacturer's box. Inside the manufacturer's box is/are the guitar speaker(s).

Before opening mfg. box:
1. Inspect shipping bag, box and mfg. box to photo any (rare) shipping damage*
2. Verify part # on mfg. box for compatibility.
After opening:
Open-box returns are considered by eBay's return policy as a used or installed electronic component. If you discover that you have ordered the wrong part after opening the manufacturer's box, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we have a replacement/exchange in equivalent condition. Otherwise, a partial refund can only be assessed upon inspection of the returned item.
*Shipping Damage:
Look for any shipping damage, and do not open the shipping package if you see it. Seller will approve and handle any return shipping costs and arrangements as long you promptly let us know it arrived damaged per the more detailed instructions emailed to buyers.

Celestion and other manufacturers provide guitar tone samples for you to listen to, specs, and sometimes videos for you to review before you purchase. Typically, you begin your hunt for guitar tone samples on any guitar speaker's specifications page (see link above).
Guitar Tone Skills
Any buyer who does not already know this product takes responsibility for: Finding, sampling, and recreating the tone they seek. This guitar speaker is one of many important building blocks of your guitar tone (sold separately): Including your (1) guitar playing ability, (2) amp, (3) guitar (4) pedals/effects, etc. This guitar speaker should give you the analog space that you need to let your true guitar tone shine. It will not make you play as well as the guitarists performing the guitar tone samples. Seriously, no bad feedback, returns, or issues in eBay over tone issues.
