Whiting Manufacturing Company sterling silver footed serving plate in Arts & Crafts designs, featuring hammered finish with shaped border. In the center, there is an engraved curly script monogram "FGW". Marked 4249 and "10 in". Date mark for 1913.
This outstanding plate is 10" in diameter, 1 1/2" tall and weighs 528 grams or 17 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
