Antique 1900s Jewell AC Volts Panel Meter 0-10 VAC Guaranteed Vintage Gauge

Up for sale here is this used antique Jewell volts meter.  This is not marked AC or DC, but it has no markings on the rear terminals (like + and -), and it didn't move when I tested it with a 9-volt battery, so I am assuming it is an AC volts meter.  This is a pretty unusual one--Jewell meters usually have plenty of ID on them, but this has none other than the Jewell logo.  This is in great shape with light wear, and is guaranteed to work for you.  Please see my pictures for details and measurements.
