Item is listed as used.  I acquired these from a long term guitar playing musician who never got around to building his dream amplifier.  Though it may be new old stock, when I looked very closely with an eyepiece at the connectors, it does appear that RCA plugs have been inserted in the past.
The model number stamp is hard to read, and I looked at it under magnification and various lighting.  It is believed to be correct.
I connected the input and output transformers to a HP 4274A Multifrequency LCR Meter and measured the input and output impedence (Z).  Both transformers met the listed specifications below, confirming my reading of the model number.
