Item is listed as used.  I acquired these from a long term guitar playing musician who never got around to building his dream amplifier.  This item may be new old stock, when I looked very closely with an eyepiece at the connectors, they did not show scratches from plug insertions to me. However to be safe, I am listing it as used.
The model number stamp on this one is very hard to read, and I looked at it under magnification and various lighting.  It is believed to be correct.  The stamped image is so week that I could not even get a barely legible photo of it.
I connected the input and output transformers to a HP 4274A Multifrequency LCR Meter and measured the input and output impedence (Z).  Both transformers met the listed specifications below, confirming my reading of the model number.  This is to the best of my knowledge.

Also may be used in Mesa Boogie MK2C and others, LAB Series L5, L7, L9, Koch Powertone I, Ampeg VT-40, Ampeg Super Rocket SR212 and B-52 AT-100.
