    Description

    Very good, original, WWII US M1 carbine baynet. Utica made, marked "US M* UTICA" on the guard w/ordnance mark. Just over 11 5/8" long w/the blade just over 6 3/4". Blade has light sharpening, an excellent edge and retains about 80% original finish w/ minor wear.  The guard is tight. Leather grip is excellent. Pommel is unmarked and as shown. The catch works nicely and this mounts easily on a carbine. Comes in original, US M8A1 B.M. Co. marked scabbard that is also in excellent condition. Very nice American blade.
