    Up for sale here is this set of 5 used vintage porcelain plate grid caps.  These will fit 807 tubes, and I'm sure they could be used for others.  Three are marked "NC" and two are Millen.  I don't think any of these match exactly.  These are super-high-quality and will work great for you.  Please see my pictures for details and measurements.
