Great display piece or decoration for your mantle or Man Cave. Measures 8' long.
Built by the Buffalo Aeroplane Corporation (Buffairo),
It was used on the Curtiss model F flying boat, designed in 1913 to 1914 and ordered by the Navy around
1916. Using an OXX-3 engine necessitates the Left Hand rotation to make it a pusher prop.
This propeller is in
excellent original condition, with minor pitting of the varnish as seen.
Very little is known about the Buffalo Aeroplane Company although a
number of their propellers were built, mostly built for Glenn Curtiss.
